Terms of service.
Last updated: 12 May 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and YALLO Management Consultancies LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Yallo AI Certs”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of aicerts.yallo.co and any related courses, certifications, and content (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Sharing credentials or transferring an account is not permitted.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email and any one-time codes secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You can sign in by email one-time code or with a federated provider such as Google. Authentication is handled by our processor (Supabase); we never store passwords.
4. Purchases, plans, and refunds
- Free content is available without payment. Paid programmes are clearly marked with their price in the local currency, taxes included where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the displayed charge.
- Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. The right is forfeited once you have begun consuming the digital content and have expressly consented to immediate access.
- Discretionary refunds. Beyond the statutory right above, we offer a 14-day satisfaction refund on first purchases of a programme, provided you have not yet completed more than 20% of its lessons. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Licence to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own learning. All courses, videos, text, graphics, code samples, assessments, and certificates remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
6. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
- Share, resell, republish, or sublicense course content outside the Service.
- Submit AI-generated work as your own in graded assessments where doing so is prohibited.
- Misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or share another person's certificate as yours.
- Interfere with the Service, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, retaining payment records as required by law.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued when you meet the published requirements for a programme (lessons completed, assessments passed). Certificates are evidence of completion at a point in time; they are not professional licences and confer no employment guarantee. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if we discover that it was obtained through cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.
8. User content
When you submit answers, code, or other material into the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You retain ownership. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, YouTube for video). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcome will result from its use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) AED 500. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law or mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, but obligations that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-product before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, excluding their conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise — in which case the courts of your habitual residence and the consumer-protection laws of that country also apply.
